Effective altruism is a process of combining compassion and reason by thinking about the best ways to make the world a better place and then putting them into practice.

• Defined the association's 3-year and yearly strategy plan.
• Drafted the association's rules of procedure.
• Project leader and facilitator for 6-week fellowships on impactful careers.

• Project leader and facilitator for introductory fellowships to effective altruism.

• Created and implemented a hiring process for board members.

DeepSelf

Cofounder

DeepSelf is a project of a platform that aims to help managers increase the level of engagement of employees.​​

​

  • It aims to contribute to the emergence of a workplace in which managers have the ability to understand their employees' needs, to make them engaged and fulfilled.​

  • To do this, the platform would measure the specificities of each individual at work using a scientific approach (psychology, cognitive science, management science) and give managers the means to act in an informed manner.​

  • We have been selected as finalists in several entrepreneurships contests: AI for Tomorrow 2020, IMT Starters 2020, Enactus Festival 2019 & 2020. During that time, I have been a student-entrepreneur (Pépite France).
