Activities
I can work on a variety of subjects connected to psychology. These include:

Psychometrics: creating scientific psychometric tests (personality, motivations, wellbeing, cognitive abilities), and analysing their validity.

Behavioural change: investigating behavioural barriers and proposing a behavioural change plan.

Impact measure: measuring the impact of an intervention.

Science popularisation: talking (conference, podcast, etc.) about subjects connected my research areas (altruism, personality, wellbeing).

Creation of a guidance offer for students in higher education and high school.
• Developed psychometric tests to measure cognitive abilities (CHC), personality (Big Five), professional interests (RIASEC), work values (Schwartz), wellbeing (PERMA), and self-actualisation.
• Drafted personalised feedback and recommendations.
